Record Lock Management

Tools > Advanced Tools > Record Locks

Here you can obtain a list of sessions currently locking records in DebtCol.


The “Locked Item Key” will contain the record key that is locked i.e. the case number. The “user” column will inform you as to the user that is currently holding the lock.

To release a lock click the button marked with an X in the column called stop to the right of that row.

Tip: releasing the lock will also terminate that users session. A message will appear on the users PC indicating their session has been terminated.
